We are specialist and experienced accredited commercial and family mediators.
We are practising or former solicitors and barristers.
We have plenty of experience of litigating cases in Court but our aim is to keep you out of Court.
We want to help you reach a settlement that saves you money, keeps you from the emotional distress of Court and more importantly gets you to a set of workable proposals that keeps you talking long after your dispute has been resolved.

Accredited Family and Commercial Mediator
I am an experienced and specialist accredited Family and Commercial Mediator.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 1992 I practised as a civil litigator before leaving private practice to have a family. In 2010 I retrained as a mediator and now work exclusively as a mediator.
My legal background has provided me with the experience to support and guide you through the mediation process.
My aim is to offer you a bespoke service to help you through the maze of legal necessities, financial requirements and in family cases the emotional trauma of separation, to get you to a set of proposals or settlement that will allow you to move on with your life.
Aileen McDonald
Accredited Commercial Mediator
Psychotherapist
Aileen is a practising mediator and psychotherapist, with over twenty years’ experience as a corporate/commercial lawyer in private practice and industry and was formerly Company Secretary of British American Tobacco plc.
Aileen has advised on numerous complex, worldwide acquisitions and restructurings and is an experienced negotiator and project manager – all skills that inform her mediation practice. Aileen’s work as a psychotherapist, together with her strong commercial skills, make her ideally suited to facilitating the resolution of disputes between individuals and corporations.
